| RADIATING
INTERIORS
When we change the decor of any room in the house we
tend to overlook the heating side, we tend to pay little attention
to radiators, either because we know very little of the options, or
because we have no idea of what options are no
"I
have trouble getting in and out of the bath and am thinking of getting
rid of it and replacing with a nice smart shower enclosure. Can
you come up with something for me?"
A. Lots of possibilities here; low shower trays, wet rooms, maybe
repositioning w/c’s and basins etc, is worth considering.
Ideally a home visit is worth considering, as we would maybe have
ideas that you may not have considered or thought possible.
"I
am looking to have my small/medium bathroom revamped, I want to
get rid of my electric shower and have a power shower, I have also
just had a combi boiler fitted"
A. No problem with the revamp, power shower not possible off a combi
boiler, but I haven’t met a customer yet who has a combi and
isn’t happy with a showers’ performance that we have
installed.
"I
have one small bathroom and a growing family of four. It is a constant
fight in the morning as to who gets in there first. I have a really
large bedroom and was thinking of having an ensuite built in the
corner. Do you do this sort of building/conversion work?"
A. This has to be one of our favourites, creating something from
new, from nothing really gets us showing of our skills. The motto
being if it can be done we can do it. Rooms can be any shape or
size, home visit recommended.
"We have just moved
house and have two bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom that all
date from the 1970’s (lovely avocado!). Ideally, we would
want them all completely revamped. Can you handle all three rooms?"
A. Yes, no problem. Ideally you would not start them all at once,
maybe get one finished, then start the other two.
"My
wife and I are having a large house built. There will be a family
bathroom, 3 ensuites and a downstairs cloakroom. All rooms need
designing from scratch, but I have trouble visualising ideas. Do
you a) do a design service that will help me to picture the rooms
and b) do you have the manpower to handle a job this size?"
A. We call this a project. Ideally it’s best to start early
with your ideas, because we generally find it gets hectic towards
the end of your project. Time spent looking at brochures and getting
a general feel for how you want your bathroom to look helps enormously.
We can then put something into place for you on our virtual worlds
cad program. We do have the manpower to do the job, however timing
is of the essence here, and always best to allow plenty of time,
because some products, for instance furniture, are on lengthy delivery
times.
Letters of recommendation always available in the showroom.
